You may be wondering what happens during a tarot reading, well I can assure you there is nothing spooky or scary about Tarot cards nor the reading process. I like to think of it as more like getting advice from a trusted friend you can reveal your “secret-self” to.
What are Tarot Cards?
Tarot cards are used as a method of divination and have been used for centuries. They come in many styles and shapes but all convey the same general principles.
They are a way to gain clarity, insight or a different viewpoint about a situation that may involve choices.
A tarot reading will help you to take control of your life and decisions. Unfortunately it cannot predict lottery numbers or who’s going to win the rugby.
What happens during a reading?
The reading will last 30 minutes. I focus on the matter you need clarity on and put my energy into the cards. I then place cards in one of a variety of spreads and, using a blend of processes, we assess the information I am being given in connection with the question(s) you have given me.
I interpret the symbology of the cards and use astrology and numerology as part of my reading work.
The reading is very much an interactive experience, we will discuss the situation and the advice or guidance given by the cards. Everything discussed during these readings is confidential (please see Code of Ethics).
