- Readings are in confidence between the client and the reader and the reader will respect that confidentiality unless the client divulges that they are suicidal, they express an intent to harm someone or do something highly illegal.
- Readings are not “fortune-telling” merely a way of reading the energies of the moment with the aim to allow clients a different perspective into their own lives to help them take charge and make their own decisions.
- All clients will be treated equally and with respect.
- The reader will be open-minded, honest and non-judgemental.
- The reader is trained in neither legal nor medical matters and will therefore advice the client to consult a qualified professional if appropriate.
- Readings will not knowingly be provided for persons under the age of 18 years old.
- Readings cannot be given about anyone other than the client and questions relating to others (e.g. third parties, such as partners, family members, colleagues, etc.) will be re-phrased or declined.
- If the reader or client feel unable to complete the reading the reader will withdraw tactfully.
- All fees will be agreed prior to the reading.
